Delivery time is 3–7 working days nationwide.
Free Shipping on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Wrong product received
Damaged or defective item
Product not matching description

Conditions

Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Customer must share unboxing video for claims.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or damaged by customer
Items without original packaging
Color differences due to lighting (not eligible)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
